Our Schedule

New to DOMA?

Your first class is included with our $59 intro offer — 30 days of unlimited classes, every style, every instructor. Book any class above and choose your offer at checkout.

Before Your First Class

Arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can settle in, meet your instructor, and set up your mat.
Wear athletic clothing you can move and sweat in. Skip cotton (it gets heavy in the heat).
Bring water and a towel. Mats and towels are available to rent if you need them. We also have chilled water for sale.
Let your instructor know it’s your first class. They’ll offer modifications if necessary and check in on you throughout.
Hydrate before and after. Especially your first few classes. The heat is warm but manageable.

DOMA is located at 807 16th Street in Midtown Sacramento, across from the Governor’s Mansion on the corner of 16th & H. Street parking is available on 16th, 17th, and H Street. The studio door opens 15 minutes before each class.
