Welcome to DOMA Studios, LLC (“DOMA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing doma-studio.com (the “Site”), attending a class, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
DOMA Studios, LLC is a boutique yoga and Pilates studio located at 807 16th Street, Sacramento, California, offering in-studio classes, online classes, memberships, private sessions, teacher training, and specialty programs.
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are between 13 and 17. Individuals under 13 may not use our services or the Site.
All class bookings, memberships, class cards, and other purchases are processed through our third-party scheduling and payment provider, WellnessLiving. By making a purchase through WellnessLiving, you also agree to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are available at wellnessliving.com.
Prices and offerings are subject to change without notice. Any changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Yoga, Pilates, and heated fitness classes are physical activities that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, muscle strain, dehydration, and cardiovascular events. By participating in any class or program at DOMA, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
Before your first class, you will be required to complete and sign a liability waiver. You are responsible for knowing your own physical limitations and are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions that may affect your practice.
We do not charge cancellation fees. However, out of respect for your fellow practitioners and our instructors, we ask that you cancel any class you cannot attend as soon as possible.
If a class has a waitlist, you will not be automatically moved into the class if a spot opens up unless you have already canceled prior bookings that conflict. Please cancel promptly so that others may attend.
We monitor booking patterns as a matter of fairness. If we notice repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations, we may reach out to discuss it with you.
All purchases, including memberships, class cards, drop-in classes, intro offers, and program fees, are generally non-refundable.
As a small business, we care about our community. If you are dealing with an injury, life change, or other unexpected situation, please reach out to us at info@doma-studio.com and we will do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.
Auto-Renewing Memberships: Monthly memberships automatically renew each billing period until canceled. To cancel a no-contract monthly membership, please provide notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. For 6-month contract memberships, the terms of your contract apply, and 30 days’ notice is required before the end of your contract to avoid auto-renewal.
Freezes and Holds: Memberships may be frozen or paused in cases of injury, extended travel, or life circumstances. Please contact us at info@doma-studio.com to arrange.
Sharing: Memberships and class cards are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.
DOMA is a space for every body and every level. We ask all clients to:
– Arrive on time and be respectful of ongoing classes
– Follow the guidance of instructors and staff
– Refrain from disruptive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior
– Care for the studio, equipment, and shared spaces
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct is disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe.
All content on our Site — including text, images, logos, class descriptions, videos, and design — is the property of DOMA Studios, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The name “DOMA,” the DOMA logo, and any related branding are trademarks of DOMA Studios, LLC.
Any online classes, livestreams, or recorded content offered by DOMA are for the personal, non-commercial use of paying clients only. You may not record, redistribute, share access to, or reproduce our online content.
If you submit content to us — including testimonials, reviews, photos, or messages — you grant DOMA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business, including for marketing purposes. You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
No Medical Advice: DOMA does not provide medical advice. Any information provided on our Site or by our instructors is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider.
Site Availability: We make reasonable efforts to keep our Site available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOMA Studios, LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Site, services, classes, or programs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to DOMA in the six months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOMA Studios, LLC and its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
