What is included in the $3400 price?

The price includes accommodation, chef-prepared meals, daily brunch, snacks, all yoga, meditation, and pilates sessions, excursions, and round-trip transportation from Rome Fiumicino “Leonardo da Vinci” Airport (3-hour drive).

How do I reserve my spot?

You can reserve your spot by booking a suite through our website or app. You can opt to pay in full or select a number of different payment plans.

What is included in a suite?

The suites include a bathroom with walk-in shower, Davine toiletries, bathrobes, memory foam mattresses, air conditioning, and TV + Netflix account.

Suites will either include a sea view or garden view with terrace or balcony.

Is transportation provided?

Yes, we provide round-trip transportation from Rome airport to Oliveto Estate, as well as transportation for all excursions.

What excursions are included?

The retreat includes a guided coastal hike where we will spend the day at a beach, a lavender field tour with a perfume-making workshop, and a pasta-making class with a local Italian chef.

Are meals customizable for dietary restrictions?

Yes, we will happily accommodate any dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergy-specific requirements. After reserving your spot, please send us a message with information about your dietary restrictions. We will also check in with you before the start of the retreat to see if there have been any changes to your restrictions.

What should I pack for the retreat?

Some things to consider packing:

leggings, hoodie, tee/vests, pyjamas, underwear, shorts, tops, swimwear, sandals, trainers, slippers, footwear with grip for hike, snacks, refillable water bottle, suncream, sunglasses, musquito repellent/afterbite, phone, camera, chargers, European plug adapters, money (Euro) or cards, passport, travel insurance, a photocopy of your passport and travel insurance and relevant health card, any over the counter medication and sanitary products

Is there free time during the retreat?

Yes, you will have free time each day to relax by the pool, explore the estate, enjoy spa treatments, go for walks or visit the local towns and beaches. You will receive more details once the itinerary has been finished.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

No, all yoga equipment will be provided, including yoga mats and towels.

What type of accommodations are offered?

To keep it simple, the accommodation is a shared double room with ensuite. You will sleep in a twin bed and share the room and bathroom with one other person.

If going as a couple, we can put the beds together. Please let us know beforehand.

Is the water drinkable?

All water from all taps in the villa and pool area are drinkable. You will also find ice and water machines (still & sparkling).

Are there payment plans available?

Yes, on the payment screen you will find a number of payment options that gives you the flexibility you might need.

Is there a refund/cancellation policy?

$500 of any payment is used as a deposit and is non-refundable should you cancel at least 100 days before the start of the retreat. If you cancel within 100 days, we are required to charge a 30% cancellation fee. Please review the retreat contract for further details. 

What is the weather like in June?

June in Le Marche is warm and sunny, with average temperatures between 20-25°C (68-77°F), perfect for outdoor yoga and excursions. Please do make sure to check closer to departure date so that you know what to pack/bring.

What is the group size?

The retreat is limited to 12 participants to ensure a personalized experience for everyone.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the estate?

Yes, the estate offers free Wi-Fi.
