This training is a Vinyasa based style of yoga with backgrounds in Gosh (26&2), Kundalini, Hatha, Yin and Ashtanga. It is designed to give you the tools to teach the poses, breathing techniques, and meditation effectively as well as how to sequence a class for a desired result.
