Brian absolutely loves life and the people around him. He is always looking for ways to help others and gets a thrill every time someone around him achieves a goal or breaks through a new barrier. He loves the outdoors, enjoys physical activity, and loves to eat!
Brian has been a certified yoga instructor for a little over a year now and is passionate about the positive changes yoga can bring in to anyone’s life. Before yoga he was an avid runner and has always been amazed with the capabilities of the human body. He loves to learn and is always open to new ideas, new ways of thinking, and new people.
Looking forward, Brian hopes to continue to introduce more people to the benefits of yoga and to further his own yoga practice. He is excited for the future and all the possibilities that come with each day.
