This hybrid yoga and weights workout will build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music. You’ll combine free weights to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. Heated Yoga Strength is designed to tone, sculpt and stretch. Each class is packing some serious muscle-carving and calorie-burning power, leaving you feeling strong and energized! Classes are 60 minutes long and heated to 90 degrees.
