The Inferno Hot Pilates class combines Pilates  principles, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)  and strength training moves in a heated room(90 degrees) to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve endurance. This upbeat workout will leave you feeling the burn, combining squats, pushups and pilates mat exercises to work the whole body. You’ll stand taller, breathe easier and be ready to take on the world after just one hour!
