A challenging flow yoga class, that primarily focuses on keeping in motion with your breath. Breathing will push you into each pose, making them incredibly effective and powerful. Using pieces from Ashtanga & Ghosh practices, this class is designed to create fun, energizing sequences that build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Each class is a little different, and we will guide you through each and every pose, making sure that you are getting in and out safely.
