A powerful flow yoga class, that allows you to move with your breath. The breathing will help push you into each pose, making them incredibly effective. Utilizing pieces from Ashtanga & Ghosh practices, this class uses fun, energizing sequences that build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Each class is a little different and offer a new and unexpected challenge each time. We guide you through each pose, making sure that you are getting in and out safely, so come ready to sweat, work hard and enjoy every second! Classes are between 60 to 75 min and are heated to 90 degrees.
